be cold-formed or 5150 alloy steel that is hot-formed. Both
can be heat-treated in-house to pass all the North American
testing standards.

Machine milling the cutting edge is used instead of
the high temperature of forging to reduce the effects
of decarburization, a possible cause of blade failures.
